Full Time Residency
Our Full-Time Residency rates are simple. We have all-inclusive rates based on the room and do not charge any additional monthly resident, care or other fees*. Most have confusing "menu" rates that often increase after move-in and we just have a monthly rate per room with no gimmicks. Our rates are below "high-end" corporate facilities, but certainly not the lowest because of our high care standards and well-appointed facilities.
Oak Village
- Private Room / Private Bathroom - $5,000
Silver Lake Village
- Private Room - $4,750
*A one-time move-in fee of one-month is required to secure the room
Day Services
Our hourly Daycare service provides full-service care during the daytime hours between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm (can be flexible). This includes the same services that our full-time residents receive including home-cooked meals, medicine assistance, changing and other assistance required. In addition, there is free access to parties and enrollment secures first rights to waitlists. The rate for our day services is $12 an hour or monthly UNLIMTED of $2,500 a month.
Medicaid can pay up half the amount for qualified applicants (No out of pocket expenses)
